Аннотация

This report describes: a small-sized measuring and informational multichannel spectroellipsometric system for monitoring the quality of the aquatic environment, based on the combined use of spectroellipsometry and learning, classification and identification algorithms. This spectroellipsometric system will differ from modern foreign analogues by the use of a new and very promising method of ellipsometric measurements, the original element base of polarization optics and a comprehensive mathematical approach to assessing the quality of a water body subjected to anthropogenic impact. Unlike foreign analogues, the system does not have rotating polarization elements. This makes it possible to increase the signal-to-noise ratio and long-term stability of measurements, to simplify and reduce the cost of multichannel spectroellipsometers.
