This paper describes simulation model as a tool for the study of the Arctic ecosystem. Structure of the simulation model is described. Description of ecological processes, hydrological cycle and the water pollution are taken into consideration. Simulation results allow for the estimation of the pollution dynamics of the Arctic Basin under various a priory suppositions about the intensities of the flows of pollutants and under other anthropogenic impacts on the ecosystems of this region.
