Аннотация
Static conduction and reflection of electromagnetic waves from thin films of granulated amorphous metal–insulator nanocomposites are experimentally studied for a wide range of concentrations of the metal phase. It is demonstrated that the dynamic conductivity in the microwave range is several times greater than the static conductivity measured at dc current. Capacitive shunting, effective permittivity, and intraclus ter currents are used to interpret the results. Recommendations for further experiments are formulated.
