Аннотация

The conditions for obtaining phosphatidylcholine (PC) liposomes containing both lipoic acid (LA) and carnosine (Carn) has been selected. The obtained PC-liposomes are spherical particles with a size of 180-250 nm, characterized by efficiency inclusion of LA equal to 50-70% and Carn 17-33%, possessing stability during long-term storage (9 - 12 months) at T = +4 0C. The model of the Fenton reaction shows the antioxidant effect of carnosine, lipoic acid and their combined effect on the formation of lipid peroxidation products (LPP). It has been found, that when using a concentration of LA = 5*10-3 M and Carn 10-4 M - 10-2 M, these substances exhibit an antioxidant effect, and in the complex drug LA-Carn its additive effect and the concentration of thiobarbiturate-active products (TBA-AP) reduced by 15 times. The effect of the obtained liposomes on platelet (Pt) aggregation induced by arachidonic acid (AA) has been evaluated. It has been established, that the liposomal form of complex drug LA (CLA = 1.5 mM) and carnosine (Ccarn = 2.1 mm) suppress Pt aggregation by 50%, while “empty” PC-liposomes and water-soluble forms of carnosine and LA are practically didn’t effect on Pt aggregation, caused by AA.
