Аннотация

A modification of the Big Data technology in the form of a geoecological information modeling system (GIMS-technology) is proposed. A feature of the GIMS technology is the use of the advantages of multichannel measurements using devices in the optical and microwave regions of the electromagnetic spectrum. GIMS - technology provides an integrated approach to the creation of highly efficient information technologies for solving the problems of classifying and identifying water bodies and allows reducing the volume of observations and thereby increasing the efficiency of the hydrophysical and hydrochemical monitoring system. The possibilities of using the mathematical model of "spotting" for the detection and classification of phenomena on the water surface according to remote sensing data were studied. A modular structure of the system of statistical modeling of "spotting" is being carried out. For the first time, according to the proposed method, the characteristics of the "spotting" of the "ocean-atmosphere" system were studied on the basis of satellite data for some areas of the World Ocean.
