Аннотация

Application of remote sensing methods for possible detection of tropical cyclones in their earlier stage is discussed. Main attention is made for microwave monitoring that gives a possibility to have spatial information about heat fluxes in the atmosphere-ocean system. This information extends and completes knowledge about the processes that form the atmosphere-ocean system instability. Arising here scientific problems are considered. It is marked that atmosphere radio-translusence delivers new data about vertical distribution of different gases including water vapour, ozone and greenhouse gases. Some useful formulae are given. Specific attention is given to the calculation of four Stock’s coefficients that allow to realize classification of clouds and rains types as precursors of tropical cyclone origin. Schematic diagram of global monitoring system based on the radio-trauslusense method is represented.
