Аннотация

Questions of development of a technique of the organization of data collection of geoinformation monitoring and definition of physical and chemical characteristics of water systems on the basis of microwave radiometry and spectroellipsometry data are considered. The technique offered in this work combines existence algorithms and the software, allowing to solve measurement and detection problems in real time. The offered Adaptive Spectroellipsometric Identifier possesses possibility with a comprehensive mathematical approach to an assessment of quality of the water object which has undergone anthropogenic influence. The system possesses training functions to recognition and classification of pollutants of the water environment.
