Аннотация

The liquid quality assessment needs the solution of numerous problems connected with the people life safety including operative reliable control of drinking water and medical solutions. Control of liquid fuels is important task also. Existing tools for solution of these problems can not delivered to distant territories in total volume. Therefore, this paper develops new technology for operative reliable control of liquid solutions of different types. This technology is based on effective theoretical base and it uses of optical sensors in their original realization. Method proposed here consists in the formation of base of spectral images for typical liquid solutions that could be the objects of human life. Instrumental tools are based on the optical devices such as the multi-channel spectrophotometers or spectroellipsometers and microwav4e radiometers. A base of spectral images is formed as a foundation for adaptive recognition of optical images of liquids using specific algorithms that are based on spectral analysis, cluster analysis and methods for solution of inverse tasks of optical metrology. This paper develops new mathematical and instrumental tools for the solution of operative tasks with reliable control and identification of different liquid solutions. Adaptive technology synthesized here can be used in the conditions when specific laboratory for chemical analysis is absent. Such conditions can arise during long expeditions in the remote regions where traditional environmental service is an accessible.
