
Graduated the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 2000. In Nov. 2003 received Ph.D. degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (in physics and mathematics) for the thesis "Transmission of information with dynamic chaos. Generation and separation of chaotic signals" (in Russian). In Oct. 2008 received Dr.Sci. degree from IRE RAS for the thesis "Solidstate sources of microwave chaos on lumpedelement circuits".
Since Feb. 2003 is a researcher in the Institute of Radioengineering and Electronics of RAS.
More than 50 publications in different national and foreign scientific journals.
